My next photography project is due on Tuesday and I need your help. This project is all about lines, shape, color, and texture. Abstract photos. I know none of these photos are earth shatteringly phenomenal, but that's what I get for waiting until the last minute to take pictures! I have to write about my favourite photo & why I think it's the best... that's where I need your help: 1. Please leave me a comment and vote for your fave! Pick a number 1-25. [the photos are numbered in case you didn't notice!
And 2. Please tell me which one is your LEAST favourite, whether you just think it's boring, ugly, or you just plain hate it! You have no idea how much your opinion means to me! Thankyou, in advance.

My favorite is #12. It reminds me of God's love. And of the saying "after a storm comes the calm." It is so beautiful. My least favorite is #1 I don't get a meaning of it. Hope that my opinion helps.
Blessings,
Dalia
Note a huge fan of 10... LOVE 17.
I actually do like #1 a lot. Reminds me of the beach or a pier...love it, esp with the one nail sticking out. I also like 17, though. Given that the assignment is about lines and such, I think 9 definitely has that element, but maybe it's too much in one picture.

//definitely like #15 the best. Probably the biggest tip I'd give you is this: get WAY up close... like in #15! get so up-close that the viewer has to look "further" into the image to (try to) figure out what it is... it definitely makes the image more interesting!
Also... use your angles! Like you did --somewhat-- in #18. Turn your camera to anything other than 90*. Make the image either fill the frame or put it off-center.
The end. :)
i made colin come over and picked what he liked because he's the visual one. i do like 1. and colin said he likes 2 and 15. there isn't one that stands out that i don't like! well done.
i don't think you're a stalker no worries, i recognize your name- i remember being there in virginia, that is right around the time we conceived saylor! haha [sorry if that's TMI!] but i'm wondering if you remember when that show was? i think it was sometime in march?
I like # 15 the best, 9 is kinda of interesting if you showed some more sky so you see the shape of the top of the roof ,looks like it has some nice curves. I liked 20 also but the pebbles distract from the shapes. My least favorite was #11
thank you! alright i definitely conceived saylor in virginia. hilarious. [doctor had to guess at due date/conception because i wasn't having periods at all before i got pregnant...we had no idea if/when we'd get pregnant. TMI again!] and i'm assuming that photographer you mentioned is our friend daniel. we have some of those pictures- actually one of the beach pictures of me and colin is on our fridge right now! haha a lot of coincidences...and this means we conceived saylor at daniel's house.... HAHA oh boy that's weird. i'm so glad i was on the road with them!
